Foundation – County Farm Bureaus contribute annually towards youth scholarships.

Ag in the Classroom Through this program, children from kindergarten through sixth grade have gained a better understanding of where their food comes from and what is good nutrition. County, State and National Programs – Farm Bureau offers members the chance to participate in the decision-making process of the organization through county board meetings, policy development, informational workshops and seminars, social outings, health and safety programs, plus county, state and national annual meetings.

A Powerful Lobby – Since 1917, Farm Bureau has provided Illinois farmers with a way to reach goals collectively that would be difficult or impossible to achieve alone. Today, Illinois membership is more than 375,000 of them are Bond County Farm Bureau® members. Bond County Farm Bureau® is a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation, the largest farm organization in the country with a membership of more that 4.7 million families.

Your Voice for Tax Relief – On the federal level, Farm Bureau is pushing for reductions in capital gains and estate taxes to reduce your tax load.

Environmental Concerns – All areas of natural resources and environmental affairs, from watershed management issues to water quality, are of concern to Farm Bureau. It is the policy of Farm Bureau to strive for a balance in the protection of our natural resources in harmony with a productive agriculture.
